  • A Percentage-based model, where our fee is a percentage of collections.

We support providers of all sizes. Whether you see 5 or 500 patients a week, we’ll structure a plan that fits your size, goals, and budget—with no compromise in service quality.

No hidden charges. We believe in 100% transparency. Everything is clearly documented—no onboarding charges, no software access fees, and no fine-print surprises.

Your monthly fee includes full-cycle billing services, reporting, denial management, follow-ups, and dedicated account support. We also include free PM/EHR software if needed.

We charge a one-time per-provider, per-payer credentialing fee, which includes initial credentialing, CAQH maintenance, recredentialing, panel status tracking, and payer negotiation.
Once paid, no further credentialing fees are charged for that provider—ever.

No, we don’t. At Finnastra, once you pay the one-time credentialing fee, you receive lifetime credentialing support at no extra cost. This includes re-credentialing, CAQH maintenance, panel tracking, and contract negotiation—no hidden charges ever.

Yes, absolutely. Unlike other billing companies that charge every time a re-credentialing event occurs, Finnastra provides end-to-end credentialing support free for life after the initial one-time fee. We believe in building partnerships, not piling up costs.

Absolutely not. Our pricing includes denial management, resubmissions, and appeals. We don’t charge extra for fixing issues or chasing unpaid claims.

For specialties where Prior Authorization is a must (e.g., Spravato, ASC, Surgery, Behavioral Health), we offer flexible pricing models. If the volume is low, we often absorb the cost to support your practice. For high-volume practices, we provide discounted bulk pricing—ensuring maximum value and affordability.

Finnastra understands that smaller or growing practices need cost efficiency. That’s why we often waive or absorb prior auth costs when volumes are low, especially in specialties like Spravato treatment, behavioral health, and surgery centers. We’re here to grow with you.

No hidden costs, ever. We’re proud to maintain full transparency. There are no setup, onboarding, or additional hidden charges beyond the clearly defined FTE or percentage model. You pay only what’s agreed upon—and we include lifetime credentialing and onboarding support within that.

We’ll analyze your volume and workflow during onboarding and recommend the most cost-effective plan for your practice. We also allow plan upgrades/downgrades based on real-time volumes.

No worries! If your volume increases or decreases significantly, we’ll work with you to adjust the pricing accordingly. You’re never overpaying during low-volume periods.

Invoices are issued by the 5th business day of each month, detailing services, collections, and corresponding fees. Payments can be made via ACH, wire transfer, or other agreed methods.

Yes. We support practices across various specialties and customize our pricing model based on your workflow, specialty, and practice size—while keeping it affordable.

No long-term lock-ins. We earn your business through performance, not binding contracts. However, we do offer discounted rates for long-term partnerships.

No. We provide PM/EHR software for free as part of our billing service—one less cost for you to worry about.

Yes. Any reductions in collections due to denials, recoupments, or refunds are adjusted in your next billing cycle. We believe in fair billing every step of the way.
